How to Add Patients to a Hub or Spoke Clinic

1. The patient should be registered under the primary clinic responsible for their care, as agreed between the Hub and Spoke at the beginning of the patient’s CEW journey.

3. Patients can only be registered under one clinic on the CEW dashboard. Patients are not automatically transferable between Hub and Spoke clinics.

4. If a patient has been added to the wrong clinic or needs to be moved to a different one, please contact CEW Support at cewsupport@prescribingservices.org and we will be able to help securely transfer the patients to the appropriate clinic.

2. The clinic responsible for adding the patient must have login access to the clinic the patient is being added to.

For example, if a Hub administrator or clinician is adding patients to Spoke clinics, they will require login credentials for each relevant Spoke clinic. Please contact CEW Support at cewsupport@prescribingservices.org to request these logins.
