1. On the Home Screen, select CEW Patients.
2. Select Patients.
3. Select Add Patient.
4. Enter the patient’s details:
NHS Number
Biological Sex
Date of Birth
Patient’s Home Postcode
5. Select Save Patient to Clinic.
6. Select Return to Patient List (red button) when ready.
