1. Navigate to https://nhspathways.org/
2. Log into the portal.
3. Select CEW Patients.
4. Select Priority Patients.
5. Go to No weight entered (by CEW Clinic) and select View.
6. Each row represents a patient. Click on the magnifying glass to view a patient’s SMURF.
7. Click on the green '+' next to Weight or Height.
8. Enter patients results and the date they were captured. Click Save when done.
