How to View or Add Patient Data within a Hub/Spoke Group
1. Once a patient is added to a clinic, they will remain registered there, and any data entered (including data completeness) will be attributed to that clinic.
2. Both the Hub and the Spoke will be able to view the patient’s details and add data.
3. Any team member from the Hub or Spoke can enter data onto the patient’s dashboard. This can be done by using the NHS number in the Quick Search function located at the top of the main patient grid page.
4. All data entered is recorded with a full audit trail and will reflect the identity of the team member who entered it, regardless of whether they are from the Hub or Spoke clinic.
