Data Entry - Weight Questionnaire

  • A new question to capture a date if either a Weight or Height wasn't previously obtained has been added.

CEW Summary

  • Circle chart for Age on the summary page has now been updated to display Age at entry into CEW.

Data Entry - New Clinic Referral Questionnaire

  • A new question about whether a patient has been transferred to another clinic.

  • 'Date transferred' has been added to the referral questionnaire to record when a patient was transferred to another clinic.

Biomarker Charts

  • New disclaimer for biomarker charts has been added: “All submitted values are displayed in this graph, including those with outstanding data quality alerts awaiting review. Data accuracy may be impacted where alerts have not yet been resolved.”

GLP-1 Prescribing

  • A new area has been added to the secure version of the website called GLP Prescribing where clinics will be able to mark whether or not a GLP-1 has been prescribed to a patient in a batch format.

  • Guidance text has been added to this area to inform that if the box next to a patient is greyed out, this indicates that the database already says that the patient has been prescribed semaglutide/liraglutide, therefore it is not possible to select this box.
